Healthy Living Class In-Person
This eight-week program helps participants make and maintain changes in diet, physical activity and exposures. Learn about lifestyle changes that help lower the risk of cancer and other chronic diseases, while increasing overall health. Each class includes nutritional and lifestyle information as well as physical activity, in a fun, casual and interactive session!
The Promote Health, Prevent Cancer (PHPC) initiative, in partnership with Wilmot Cancer Institute, empowers participants through evidence-informed health promotion and cancer prevention education.
The class will meet for eight consecutive weeks, no exercise equipment needed.
