The essential principles of Tai Chi include mind and body integration, fluid movements, relaxed breathing and mental concentration. This program can be practiced seated or standing, however the instructor will teach from a standing position.
This evidence based program improves muscular strength and flexibility, is safe and easy to learn, and can aid in fall prevention.
Offered through the Ontario County Office for the Aging, this program is open to any Ontario County residents 60 years old or older, or caregivers for Ontario County residents.
