Tai Chi for Everyone: Series 2 In-Person
Join certified Tai Chi instructor Jamie Buttaccio for this eight week series, running from November 1st to December 20th. New Tai Chi students as well as those who have taken Tai Chi in the past are welcome to attend. Tai Chi helps to enhance strength and balance, decrease pain, increase relaxation, and improves flexibility.
There is a $25/person suggested donation for this eight week series, which can be paid online or at the library prior to the first day of class.
Minimum registration requirement: 16 participants
